We are floored by the generosity of the Needlepoint Community, to support Betty’s niece, Caroline, and her two daughters. The amount of raffle tickets purchased for the Colors of Praise tapestry is unbelieveable.

In a 2nd raffle, ECS is donating a complete BRAND NEW DESIGN....a backgammon set!!!! The donation includes the backgammon canvas, the cups and a set of specially painted chips.

To remind you of the charity, Caroline’s husband, Eamonn, tragically passed away after a battle with a rare form of cancer, leaving behind his young family. Diagnosis to the end of his battle was less than 11 months.

All proceeds from the raffle will help Caroline and her daughters as they rebuild their lives. The backgammon set will be on display at the Mohonk Retreat, and the winner will be drawn in a 2nd auction on Monday at 5:00 PM E.S.T.
