All sales are final.
Stitch by Stitch does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale online or in our store.
At Stitch by Stitch, we take pride in offering high-quality needlepoint items that are carefully crafted and designed to meet the needs of our customers. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, things can go wrong, and you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we regret to inform you that all sales are final, and we do not offer any exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind.
Why we don't accept returns or exchanges:
Our policy of not accepting returns or exchanges is in place to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Needlepoint items are delicate and easily damaged, and we cannot guarantee the safety and quality of items that have been returned or exchanged. Moreover, since we offer unique and custom-designed items, we cannot resell returned or exchanged products, and therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
Pre-orders:
If you purchase a pre-order product, Stitch by Stitch orders it from the designer. In some cases, the product is in stock at the designer and we can get it to you quickly. In cases where the item is out of stock at the designer and needs to be painted, the wait can sometimes take between 1-6 months. You can always check in with us ahead of your purchase to see what the timing will be. We pay for your product when we place your pre-order. Pre-orders are also non refundable as we have confirmed and secured the order.
Exceptions:
In rare cases where an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at stitchbystitch10538@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a resolution that meets your needs.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
